Requirements
| You may run Lasto on a single combined
webserver & database server, or you may use separate servers (for example,
if you already have SQL Server running elsewhere on your network). You can
also run Lasto on the same server as your existing website. Please note:
Lasto will run on lesser hardware, but performance will vary. These are
only meant as guidelines. High load sites may require additional hardware
and sites with lesser loads may require less. |

| Database Server | SQL Server 2000 or higher (Note: MSDE will work, but does not support full text indexing. You will need to run the database scripts from the command line, and will be limited in performance due to limits in MSDE.) |

| Disk Space | 2 MB for Lasto files Database varies by load. For 150,000 messages & 300 users around 300-400 MB for the database (Uploaded images can increase this figure significantly). A SCSI Array is recommended. |
